Paranoia makes the individual think and feel as if they are under danger or threat. This makes them prone to feeling anxious and fearful. In time, irrational thoughts and delusions can become so strong that will make the individual upset and irritated at all times.

It simply helps the individual to examine the irrational beliefs or fears and reach a rational way to evaluate at the situation. By treating irrational beliefs, suspicions or delusions levels of anxiety, fear and worry will reduce.
